Children involved in Readers of the Pack™ are learning important literacy skills, gaining confidence in academic abilities, and are earning books for their hard work.
Each year, our dedicated teams touch thousands of lives. 4Paws handlers bring their dogs to cheer up elders needing assisted care or hospice; to patients recovering from illness, surgery or trauma; and to individuals dealing with dementia or Alzheimer’s, or other mental and emotional challenges.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, 4Paws Teams sat with members of the community to relieve anxiety as they received vaccines. It is amazing what dogs can do for us in the most challenging of times.
4PAWS Teams volunteer all their time, as does the managerial team and Board of Directors. That is why all donations go directly to our programs, trainings, and classes.
